NHE’s strategy is...

…to do well what it has proven to do well in the past, to focus on areas in which the organisation has access to specialists and expertise

...to co-operate with local and international NGOs and expertise wherever natural

...to co-ordinate activities within four main areas of operation (children and youth, culture, agriculture and human resource development)

...to maximize the mutual, positive effect of activities within each of the four main areas of the overall work, in partnership with Viator Micro Credit Azerbaijan.
